This graph better shows that while sea ice is growing (Austral winter), it's growing much slower than average. The deviation is huge.

Note that GIOMAS data is also in for May 2023. My graphics of Antarctic sea ice volume/thickness are updated (same link). My global sea ice volume graphic was also updated for May (https://zacklabe.com/global-sea-ice-extent-conc/).
