On a bus when half the phones went off with the UK emergency alert test. Mine was about a minute later than the first.
And still some going off a minute after that.
@noodles mine went a minute or so early. I’m guessing it’s network cell dependent? I think it’s sent to any phone on a UK network, regardless of your home nation. Rather than addressing every device from a central register, it probably just tells every network cell “tell all connected devices about this!” So timing would depend on propagation to the cell. Maybe even getting through all devices in a cell sequentially.
