For the love of all that is holy, please Apple can you just update your Irish English dictionary in iOS to include boke, boking, and boked. I need these words to be recognised, and when I’m dealing with a boking situation I don’t want to be correcting your bullshit!
@intheseheels heh! Thanks, but luckily what prompted my outburst was previous experience and not current. I was trying to tell my wife that I was not going to a fairground after eating a Morton’s fish supper this evening as I was not going to risk boking it up again. But it reminded me of all the times I’ve had to text my wife to say my daughter is boking. Mid-boke!
That said, I’m on holiday now, so some drink-induced boking may be on the cards 🙂
