Since I got a decent stereo set up again I've been going through old CDs as well as records. Today it's the turn of "all the other Nine Inch Nails albums which aren't Downward Spiral or Fragile that I've forgotten about". Hesitation Marks is on just now and is much better than I remember.

@acf Pretty Hate Machine is phenomenal. I return to it a lot more frequently than The Downward Spiral.

@mo I’ve still got a lot to get through :) I actually have the VHS set “closure” too but I don’t have a VCR any more 🙄

@acf that’s a great collection. Further Down The Spiral is a great release too. I remember realising that The Art of Self Destruction was used in the Chain Gang Levis ad.

I see And All That Could Have Been. Is that the live album or the Still CD? I don’t think my copy of either looks like that.

@mo ah wait no I found it. I had in my head that it was in a little clear sleeve tucked inside a disk but it’s just the second disc in that big grey slipcase.

@mo I think the standard edition and the still cd we’re available separately, right ? I’m looking enviously at all the fancy vinyl editions on the nin website. I see there’s a Fragile reimagining thing but it’s £75 quid 🤯

@acf I definitely have the separately available copy of Still. Not actually sure if I have the Live album on CD, but I definitely have the DVD version. I'm basing this on my discogs collection, but CDs were scanned in by my daughter and I think she missed some!

I have the Fragiile Deviations record (though I don't recall paying that much for it). I’m still waiting for The Slip and Year Zero reissues; been Coming Soon for quite some time!

@mo I think I’ll wait for a lottery win and get them all at once :)

@mo Its funny how brains work. I still think of everything after The Fragile as "the newer stuff" but Year Zero was 15 years ago. I remember playing some tracks from The Slip on a NIN-themed TapTapRevenge on an early iPhone.
