Ah, shit, the Coinbase account I don't have has been put on hold! Also, all my iCloud photos are going to be deleted if I don't call this number! And don't get me started about the Xfinity upgrades I've missed on the account I don't have! What a week!
@Moltz I get legit emails from Xfinity on a regular basis to remind me to send back the equipment that I’m no longer using. Apparently they’re going to debt recovery against me. It’s okay. I live in Ireland. Do your worst Xfinity!
@pmcg @Moltz I ordered a fibre to the premises connection in Sept last year, and the provider (BT in UK) sent me out the equipment the next day, along with a request for the old equipment to be returned within 2 weeks.
I still don’t have the FTTP connection finished and am definitely still using the old equipment. Thankfully they haven’t demanded it back yet!
@mo @Moltz that is silly & rough. I complained to my cable company that my internet was not very good and they fedex-d (well, … fedexground) me a new combo wifi router. I haven't even unboxed it yet but I called them and asked am I gonna be in trouble if I don’t install this and send back the old one? They said eh maybe in 2 months they will do a penalty fee. I said oh okay. (spectrum cable in usa)
