Apparently the default on a mastodon instance is that all new accounts are automatically subscribed to follow all admins. This seems unnecessary.

@mo There's a text box in the admin where you can list users to auto-follow. But if you leave it empty then it defaults to all admins 😞
I tried putting a space in it, but I don't think it helped.
