@mdhughes I'm very much looking forward to sitting down to watch the rest of it.
@semanticist That's ever the problem with adaptations. Seems like folks tend to want the new thing to be exactly the same as the old thing. In which case maybe just enjoy the old thing?
@tosbourn Good to know 👍🏻
@tosbourn Wow. That's roughly how long it is since I last used Thunderbird.
@ianRobinson How could you not, then? 😂
Imagine you’re a divorced mother working as a spa masseuse in Kuala Lumpur.
One day, a guy asks you whether you’d like to earn some money by doing harmless prank videos for social media. Sure, you think, why not.
For the pranks, you approach strangers in hotels or airports, kissing them on the cheek or covering their eyes from behind (sometimes with baby oil or lotion on your hands, because that will surprise the prank victims even more, says your client), then apologize and run away.

@ianRobinson That sounds like a tremendous idea. I love Toronto.
Last month I had 24257 streams. I gained £82.57. Streaming is killing the industry and the ability to monetise. If 8 folk bought a digital download of my album, or any of the singles, I’d have made the same amount. Today is Bandcamp Friday. ♥️ https://bit.ly/3LIVFOO
I’m so thankful that my music muscles never atrophied like the people who frequently say things like “Music was better when I was young”.
There is so much great new music.
UK politics
Friday, eh? I like the idea of the Tories getting a drubbing, but it's hard not to be a bit jaded about the whole thing. Especially with the state of the Labour Party. #UKPol
@neil Oh, very well done, sir.

@marramgrass And, of all the router/firewall manufacturers in the world. Who do you think makes one that understands, and I hope honours, #PTerry?
