@theronster not sure how I ended up with one straight out of an AP box in shrink wrap. I haven’t bought anything but ACs for years now. That said, how long has it been since they were bundling injectors in the box?

Fuck UniFi and their apparent inability to choose a consistent PoE standard. Trying to install a couple of UniFi 6 Lites, and I’ve turned up with (UniFi) 24V injectors when it seems I need 48V. My fault, but I got these injectors with the last batch of APs I bought so I thought they’d be reasonably current! (No pun intended)

@theronster another vote for Metatext, and I’m sending this from Mammoth which is available through TestFlight if you fancy a beta app. Also Toot is nice if a bit dated these days.

@chartier Canary have been emailing me weekly with my last chance to get some offer for their premium service for months now.

And they won’t get a penny because they took previously free features and locked them behind the paywall and I am simply too lazy to unplug the cameras right now. Absolute disaster of a product.

You know you’re old when you parked outside a gig and you’re thinking “if it gets a bit much, I can go outside and rest in the car for a bit”

@stuartgibson right now on Digital Ocean: 2GB of RAM, 1 vCPU, 50GB storage. Sitting fairly constant at 80% of RAM, rarely troubling the CPU, but starting to run out of storage.

I’m using the Docker deploy method, and found that 1GB of RAM was no good for Docker builds. Not sure how upgrade to v4 will go…

@molten how big a production run has been done? I’d love to get my hands on one but will be a wee bit of time before payday!

Sad to see that some of the tiresome parody accounts about British politics are making their way to Mastodon. Not sure what I expected to happen, but I guess it was nice to have a break from them for a while.

But if the accounts posting as The Irish Border or The Good Friday Agreement show up, I won’t be held accountable for my reactions.
